PYC announces talent hunt schedule for Rajouri, Poonch | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Dec 4: Pradesh Youth Congress (PYC) is going to launch a talent hunt for Rajouri and Poonch districts from December 7. The youth wing of Pradesh Congress has announced dates, venues and times for conducting Talent Hunt for posts of state-level office-bearers, district presidents and district-level office-bearers besides block bodies in Rajouri and Poonch. Whereas Talent Hunt shall be conducted in Rajouri on December 7 at 11 am in PWD Dak Bungalow, Rajouri while on December 8, Talent Search shall commence in PWD Rest House at Poonch right form 9 am in the morning. The aspiring candidates have been invited to come in advance and get their names registered and fill in the specified forms. They have also been instructed to bring along-with their date of birth certificates too. As per the directives of Indian Youth Congress, the interviewing panel shall comprise of Amrinder Singh Brar, IYC General Secretary Incharge J & K, Shoaib Lone, PYC President and R S Pathania, senior Vice-President, J & K Pradesh Youth Congress and independent incharge of Jammu Province. Pertinent to mention that novel practice of selecting office-bearers of Youth Congress through the process of Talent Search had been devised by AICC General Secretary, Rahul Gandhi and has been appreciated within as well as outside the country. The said practice had been a street-hit in various districts of J& K too. Young people hailing from various professional fields and having variety of political and social experiences appeared before the Search Committee and expressed solidarity with the policies and programmes of Rahul Gandhi. This apart, Youth Congress in J & K, particularly Jammu province had been pretty active in conducting activities and propagating various programmes of the party.
