| 4 held with illicit liquor | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 04: Four persons were today arrested by police at Nud and Malsha in Samba along with 34 pouches of illicit liquor. Police sources identified them as Joginder Kumar, son of Bansi Lal of Gho-Brahmna, Dev Raj, son of Chhaju Ram Gogi of Kalaj, Luv, son of Jagdish of Malsha, and Balkar Chand, son of Prem Chand of Nud.
Luv originally hails from Haryana.
They were caught while selling the illegally distilled liquor at exhorbitant rates, the sources added. Cases stand registered against them at concerned police stations
under section 50/50-A of Excise Act.
