| Timber smuggler held at Purmandal | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 04: A man was today apprehended by police at Purmandal in Vijaypur while
he was trying to smuggle timber in a truck.Police sources said Dilawar Singh, son of Chhattar Singh of Madana, Samba, was trying to smuggle timber in a truck (JK02/6821) when cops caught hold of him at Purmandal.
The truck was also seized. The accused was booked under section 15/16 of the Forest Act.
