Jammu, Dec 4 To create awareness among the general public through students and staff about the killer disease, the NSS unit of Govt. S.P.M.R. College of Commerce observed AIDS awareness week..
Prof. (Dr.) Anita Soodan, Principal highlighted that AIDS not only kills the person but also makes the whole family suffer and advised the students to educate the masses regarding the consequences of the disease. She also advised the students to adopt the healthy life style for better living. Those who attended included Dr. Rakesh Gupta, Dr. Anil Gupta, Prof. Barbara Koul, Prof. Anjali Mahajan, Prof. Shivani Kotwal, Prof. Gurneet Kour, Prof. Inderpal, Prof. K.K. Verma.
In the end Prof. Suresh Sadotra, N.S.S. Programme Officer presented vote of thanks.
