| Polio corrective surgery camp held | | | Early Times Report
KATRA, Dec 4: Rotary club of Mumbai in association with Radhey krishan charitable trust and with the active support of people of Katra organized 12th polio corrective surgery camp at Annapurna in Dharmashala.
While inaugurating three day 12th polio corrective surgery camp, Minister of higher education Abdul Gani Malik along with former minister Jugal Kishore Sharma highlighted contribution of the members of Rotary club, Radhey krishan charitable trust and many other active supporters of Katra for the service of humanity since years.
Former Minister Jugal Kishore praised role of Mahesh Pariekh, Lakshmi Chand, Shanti Lal, Heera Chand, Vikas Kaka, Pandit jamuna dass, Dr Banvir, Dr Ajay thakkar, Dr parihar and Dr karnam who came all the way from the mumbai and Gujrat to treat polio patients not only from the J&K state but from the adjoining states also. During the function, president Radhey krishan charitable trust Mahesh Pariekh of Mumbai and social worker Kewal Padha exhorted upon the government for opening of rehabilitation disabled center at Katra. Chief guest Abdul Ghani Malik also spoke on the occasion
