| Youth tries to snatch woman's purse, held | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 06: A youth was today apprehended by people and later handed over to police after he allegedly tried to snatch the purse of a woman at Bishnah.
Police sources said Sohan Lal first teased the woman in a minibus and when she got down at Bishnah, he chased her and tried to snatch her purse in a street.
After the woman raised an alarm, people caught hold of him and handed him over to police. Police had registered a case against him.
