EDB launches Mobile Van Service

JAMMU, Dec 7: Ellaquai Dehati Bank (EDB) launched its Mobile Van for providing door to door banking services to the people living in remote and far flung unbanked areas.

The mobile van was launched by K K Iyer Deputy General Manager State Bank of India - Jammu in presence of the Chairman of Ellaquai Dehati Bank A K Razdan.
While addressing the gathering, Iyer lauded the initiative taken by the bank in bringing the rural people within the ambit of banking services.
Razdan in his address appraised the people about the banks attractive schemes of loans and Savings. Accounts were opened and the pass books issued to the prospective customers on spot.
Kiran Ji Koul Regional Manager, Ellaquai Dehati Bank Jammu, was also present on the occasion and presented vote of thanks to the chair.
