JAMMU, Dec 7: To carry out the shifting of conductor of 33/11 KV Janipur- Muthi line on newly relocated tension point near Muthi Ghat, the power supply to Muthi, Dream City, PHE, Camp Area, Doordarshan, Laxmi Nagar, Udheywala, Lala-da-bagh, Bohri, Santra Morh and adjoining areas shall remain affected on December 9 from 8 am to 1 pm.
Meanwhile, to carry out the work of preventive maintenance, replacement of worn-out damaged jumpers and droppers and replacement of busbar conductor in 33 KV Switchyard of the Grid Station, the shut down of 33 KV yard of 220/132/33 KV Grid Station, Udhampur tomorrow from 7 am to 1 pm is allowed. During the shut down period, the power supply to Udhampur, Ramnagar, Chenani, Army, Air Force and PHE installations shall remain affected.According to Chief Engineer, EM&RE Wing, Jammu, the shut down shall be subject to fair weather conditions.
