| DC pays surprise visit to dist hospital | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Kathua Dec 8: The Deputy Commissioner, Kathua, Zahida Praveen Khan gave a surprise visit to the district hospital to inspect its condition.
During inspection, she found the entire house keeping management defunct and directed the concerned authorities to stop the salaries of three supervisors responsible for the management.
After seeing the worse condition of the hospital, caring level of patients and the housekeeping management, DC Kathua said that she wouldl not tolerate negligence and inhuman attitude towards patients. He assured the patients to take notice on the cooperative medical shop in the premises of the hospital to give the 4 per cent discount on the medicines.
