| Temporary permission to ply 3x2 buses given | | |

Jammu, Dec 9: In an order released the Transport Commissioner of J&K state had directed to all the RTO's and ARTO's of J&K state not to issue any temporary permission to 3x2 buses under vide order No.334 FTC of 2010 dated 2.12.2010.
In this connection the presidents/representatives of All Passenger Transport Association Jammu & Kashmir Province jointly met with the Transport Commissioner S.M. Fazluilah, Deputy Transport Commissioner and Joint Transport Commissioner for issuance of temporary permission to all these buses inside as well as outside the State.
On the request, the Transport Commissioner direct all the RTO's & ARTO's of J&K State to issue temporary permission to all 3x2 buses on the recommendation of the transport group operating in the area for the interest of general public/transport operators.
All the transporters of J&K State extended thanks to the Transport Commissioner, Deputy Transport Commissioner and Joint Transport Commissioner for the issuance of temporary permission and also gave full assurance for the cooperation to the Transport Department and also appealed to all the transport operators to ply their vehicles regularly for the interest of the public and if any transport operator missed his/their permanent service/chart service, stern action will be taken place by the concerned Group/Transport Department.
