| Unified platform for law students constituted | | |

Jammu, Dec 9: A unified association pertaining to the issues of law students has been democratically constituted as "Jammu Law Students Association".
The Jammu Law Students Association has been the initiative of law students from various law colleges such as K.C. Law College, Jammu University Law School, Dogra Law College, Trikuta Law College, Ashoka Law College.
The law students have been consistently ignored regarding their genuine demands and rights, so a unified platform has been constituted as per the needs of legal students’ fraternity.
Abhishek Koushal who has been democratically selected by the students of all law colleges shall lead the association as its president. On this occasion many law students welcomed Abhishek as the president of the association and have expressed hope and faith in his leadership regarding the rights of the students.
Koushal on this occasion assured that from now no more dictatorship of University officials shall be tolerated and as a collective unified association under the banner of Jammu Law Students, Association will bring the disparity regarding inevitable demands of law students to an end.
Those who were present on the occasion were Nitin Parihar, Tarun Shanna, Rohit Shan, Nitin Sharma, Paranav Bakshi, Rahul Gupta, Shafiq Lone, Manu Dogra, Shivali Gupta. Meenakshi, Shaida and others.
