NC-Cong leaders should come openly against discrimination: BJP | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 9: Leader of BJP Legislators Party Chaman Lal Gupta has appealed to the people in general, especially activists to mount their pressure upon the leaders of the Congress-NC ruling alliance, particularly Ministers and Legislators to come openly against the regional disparities.
In a statement here today, Gupta said that leaders of the genetically communal NC, a Kashmir based regional outfit, in association with the Congress, had been operating against Jammu with a vengeance as the 'Maharajas belonged to Jammu.
BJP leader said that there is much talking about human rights and that of freedom of speech but for the separatists and persons indulging in secessionism as also crossing the constitutional limits. Gupta further pointed out that Jammu is having over 600 villages more than that of Kashmir valley but its ruling leaders owe an explanation as to why less number of Panchayat Halqas have been created in Jammu.
He also referred to recent dissenting note of the two out of four member finance commission and said that there were several such instances when the claims of the Congress-NC leaders have been exposed but it was highly intriguing that the congress high ups at New Delhi and been supporting all the such perpetrators of crime against rights and democratic values. |
