| Power shut down | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, DECEMBER 11 - In order to carry out preventive maintenance including replacement of worn-out clamps and jumpers etc of both the 132 KV bus bars and allied equipment at the Grid station, the shut down of 132 KV bus at 220/132/33 KV Grid Station Gladani is allowed on December 12, 2010 on 9 a.m. to 12 noon.
During the shut down period, power supply to Gandhinagar, Channi Himmat, Trikuta Nagar, Narwal, Miransahib, Bari-Brahamna-1, part of Jammu city and twin districts of Poonch and Rajouri shall remain affected.
According to Chief Engineer, Electric Maintenance and RE Wing, Jammu, the shutdown is subject to fair weather condition.
