National Conference (NC) has expressed serious concern over the neglect of Kisans of Jammu region especially after the crops damaged due to rains and hailstorm. Ajay Sadhotra Provincial President, while addressing a one day convention of Billawar assembly constituency held other day under the chairmanship of block president Romy Khajuria.
In the convention raised day to day problems being faced by the people of Billawar ad said that far flung areas of Billawar are being neglected. There id acute shortage of water, electricity and other essential commodities status for Billawar, Basohli and Bani,
Addressing the convention Ajay Sadhotra endorsed the demand of new district and said shall fight for it and said it is very sad that government tool decisions of creating districts in state, without assessing the situation in totality and ignored many areas of Jammu regions like Sunderbani-Nowshera and Mahore farmers should be given free seed and fertilizer, he demanded.
Addressing the convention Rattan Lal Gupta, Sr.Vice President, sheikh Cashir Ahemd Vice President, Th. Kashmir Singh Ex-MLC and Th. Suram Singh, Ex-MLa emphasized the need of creating new district.
Those who spoke on the occasion Ajit Kumar , Bimla Luthra, Bansi Lal, Uttam Chand Ratan Pal, Vinod Bhalla, Veena Oberai, Rita Gupta, Bhagmal Khajuria, Isheer Dass, Nathu Ram and Isher Dass Gupta.
