| Drive to remove encroachment from JDA shopping complex on anvil | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, DECEMBER 12-The Divisional Commissioner, Dr Pawan Kotwal today discussed issues regarding removal of encroachment/Sun Shades and Hoardings put up in front of allotted shops in JDA shopping complex, old Hospital road besides deliberating upon ways for further strengthening anti-encroachment drive to ease traffic congestion in and around Jammu city.
The meeting was attended by Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) S. M. Sawhney, DLM JDA Babu Ram, ADDC Jammu Rehana Batul, SP South Rajeshwar Singh and other senior officers.
The Divisional Commissioner stressed for intensifying the drive to clear the footpaths, pavements in various areas of Jammu city. He directed the concerned officers for launching drive to remove hoardings, banners, sign boards which were installed/displayed unauthorisedly on public places poles in and around Jammu city.
