| Baba Club blanks JKPS Club 6-0 in football | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, December 13: Baba Football Club today blanked JKPS Club 6-0 in the ongoing sub-junior (division-C) football league tournament, organised by Jammu wing of the Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA) at Mini Stadium, Parade, here.
Sachin, who brought in first blood in the fifth minute, helped his side make it a big win netting another goal in the 50th minute. Ashish converted a penalty kick awarded in the eighth minute. Shiv (17th), Aditya (40th) and Smile (45th) were other scorers.
Meanwhile, in another match of sub-junior league, Young Vijay held New Young Star to a 1-1 draw. Rahul Nair took the first lead for Young Hero in the seventh minute. Later, Gopal equalized the score striking in the 46th minute.
Today’s matches were officiated by Vinay Mooman, Sanjay Kumar, Manmeet Singh, Munna and Fiestus Sotra.
