Jammu, Dec 13: Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP), Bhim Singh in consultation with young Panthers president, Syed Mohd. Rafiq Shah has reconstituted the Young Panthers Committee (Yuva Panthers).
Pushpinder Singh Manhas and K S Vedi have been appointed as vice-presidents while Vilakshan Singh and Saleem Sheikh as general secretaries, Rakesh Gupta, Syed Jaffar, Bhupinder Singh Bholla and Manoj Gupta as state secretaries, Balvinder Singh and Abdul Rehman Mir as provincial secretaries of J&K,
