| Block status for Bhalla-Kelar demanded | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Dec 13: Youth National Conference held a meeting at Bhalla on Monday under the leadership S.A. Batt block President Youth National Conference iin which the workers of Youth National Conference of 14 panchayat of Bhalla –Kelar participated.
While addressing Batt said that Bhalla-Kelar area is the most deserving for the grant of block status to the area for the upliftment of this backward area. He said that this area is comprised of about 70 villages with more than 40,000 populations.
The workers of YNC appealed to the Chief Minister of J&K to fulfill the aspiration of people of Kelar Bhalla by considering the oldest demand of people of the area. The workers further reminded that Chief Minister has announced during the election campaign that he will confer the block status to Bhalla if National Conference come to power.

Rafiq, Sanjay Kumar, Jeet Singh, Ajaz Ahmed , Mushaket Ahmed Khande , Nazir Ahmed Mattoo, and Muzaffer Bhat.
