Early Times bold voice of Jammu: Leela Karan | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 13: I am sure Jammu and Kashmir government has not learnt any lesson from Amarnath land agitation and is still busy taking people of Jammu especially media organizations for a ride. This was stated by former Convenor of Shri Amarnath Yatra Sangharsh Samiti (SAYSS) Leela Karan Sharma in a statement issued here today. "They are not harassing Early Times newspaper but abusing people of Jammu. And what is more unfortunate is the response of MLAs and MPs of Jammu region. Their silence speaks in volumes about their acceptance of Kashmiri domination," Leela Karan said. He warned the government of dire consequences if they do not stop intimidating Jammu based media organizations. "The government should learn a lesson or two from Amarnath land agitation. Media is fourth pillar of democracy. Early Times is bold voice of people of Jammu region and it should not be discriminated in any manner," added Leela Karan Sharma. |
