| International young scholars visits Natrang | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Dec 14: Two International young scholars visited Natrang here today and participated in an exclusive interaction programme and a workshop conducted by the group.
They included Nvard Grigoryan from Yerevan, Armenia and Herbert Kigozi from Kampala, Uganda.
Natrang director Balwant Thakur presented a resume of Natrang theatre methodology and his vision of making Jammu as the ultimate international destination of theatre.
Sumeet Sharma who is a master in dramatics and is specializing ‘Theatre-in-Education’ conducted a small theatre workshop combining international scholars and the Natrang actors.
This workshop was more of a demonstration of the Natrang’s work process which delighted the visiting scholars and they keenly participated in it. Later they were felicitated by Natrang with the presentation of collectors’ folder of the Dogri play ‘Ghumayee’.
Both the young scholars are in town as visiting faculty in the Jodhamal Public School., Jammu. Natrang actors who participated in the interaction programme included Mohit Sharma, Rohit Verma, Rahul Singh, and Vikram Sharma.
