| CPI condemns govt attitude towards physiotherapists | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 14: Communist Part of India (CPI) has condemned attitude of the state government towards protesting Physiotherapists who were on protest Dharna from last 21 days at Old Divisional Commissioner’s Office here today.
Addressing media persons here today, state secretary Kanwal Dev while extending party fullest support to the protesting physiotherapists said that they are struggling for their just and genuine demands which includes formation of State Level Physiotherapy Council, absorption of qualified staff in Hospitals and health centers. He also condemned lathicharge on the protesting physiotherapists.
Kamwal Dev appealed state government to settle issues of Physiotherapists without any further delay. Among others who were present in the press conference were A K Tukroo, former MLC, Naresh Munshi, Rakesh Sharma, Amarjeet Singh and Dr G S Charak.
