Remain vigilant against vested interests: KP body | | | Early Times Report Jammu , Dec 14 : United Kashmiriyat Forum today appealed to the entire displaced community to remain vigilant against some vested interests, who have been opposing the PM's employment package which only creates confusion among younger generation. The meeting held under the chairmanship of Bharat Raina asked the community members to oppose the government policies "The community can not let its younger generation to get lost in the huge Indian society and loose their basic characteristics of being a Kashmiri Pandit, he added. Raina said that 1700 posts is only a part of PM's employment package and instead of opposing the move, the community leadership should pressurize the government to get the remaining 4300 posts filled up without further delay in time bound manner. J. N. Sagar, convener of the forum said "that the implementing only on~ third of P.M's employment package will no way compensate the agony, trauma and hardship faced by the community for last 20 years and the employment package cannot be related with the return of KPs to the valley. He said that the return move can only be considered after the ground situation is conducive in the valley and the parameters for the same will be set by community members themselves. He said that immediate task for the government is to start creating the infrastructure of Jagti type at different places in the valley, so as to accommodate the fresh appointees whose number is going to be 6000 in near future
