| JMC continues drive against encroachments | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 15: Commissioner of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) S.C. Sawhney himself supervised operation conducted by enforcement staff led by Chief Enforcement Officer (CEO) Satish Khajuria for the removal of encroachment being raised by encroaching upon the state land by the owner of Kash Ind Flour Mill at Narwal Bye Pass here today.
Said operation was carried with the help of Police Force led by Incharge Police Post Narwal, Jammu. Team also stopped and removed shuttering of construction on 1st floor which was being raised in violation of the approved building plan at Gandhi Nagar Extension. Jammu Municipal Corporation once again appealed to the general public to seek proper Building Permission before raising any construction work to avoid action which may lead to demolition of unauthorized / illegal constructions.
