JKPCC concerned over shortage of seeds, fertilizers | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Dec 15: Vice-President of Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) Thakur Hari Singh expressed concern over the non-availability of seeds and fertilizers in Vijaypur block and urged upon the government to provide the same without further loss of time. Singh was speaking in a meeting of Congress workers at Vijaypur today said that farmers are suffering due to shortage of fertilizers and seeds. He also drew attention of government towards unemployment and demanded that the educated youth should be provided jobs in government as well as in private section besides loan on easy way for self-employment schemes. Singh asked the party workers to go through the electoral rolls for Panchayat elections and if there is and discrepancy or fault, bring it to the notice of concerned tehsil election officer to get it rectified. Prominent among those who attended the meeting included Dr. Buti Ram, Onkar Singh, Rattan Lal Verma, Madan Lal Chalotra, Rachpal Sharma, Master Davinder Singh Karan Chand, Thakur Tej Ram, Radha Raman Balli and others.
