KBA president sent to 10 days' judicial custody | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Dec 15: The Kashmir Bar Association (KBA) president Mian Abdul Qayoom was today sent to 10 days of judicial custody. He was produced in the court of judicial magistrate, Kathua, who sent him judicial custody for 10 days. Outside the court complex, he levelled allegations against police and media for framing him as anti-national. A senior police officer said he was lodged under section 120-B, 121-A and 124-A in Hiranagar police station after he was allegedly found to have instigated people to wage a war against the country during his custodial lockup in Hiranagar jail of Kathua.
