10 day long exhibition commenced

JAMMU, Dec16: Jammu and Kashmir State Woman’s Development Corporation is organizing 10 days exhibition at Dussehra Ground Gandhi Nagar here today.
On the occasion, Minister for Social Welfare and chairman J&K State Woman’s Development Corporation Sakina Itoo was the chief guest.
Speaking on the occasion, Sakina Itoo appreciated the efforts of WDC and impressed upon the beneficiaries to take more and more advantage of schemes of corporation and also to involve other women beneficiaries of their respective blocks and districts in the activities of JKWDC. Thereafter she distributed cheques worth Rs. 36.90 lakhs and sanction letters worth Rs. 44.07 lakhs amongst 62 the beneficiaries of different district under NMDFC, NBCFDC, NHFDC and ESW schemes of the corporation.
Manging director of J&K State Woman’s Development Corporation, Dr Naheed Soz welcomed the chief guests and other dignitaries and gave brief resume of exhibition.
