| Manohar for raising infrastructure at Ujh Peer Baba Shrine | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Kathua Dec 16: Minister of State for Cooperative, Finance and Planning Manohar Lal Sharma convened a meeting of Tehsil and block level officers for seeking suggestions regarding provision of basic facilities to the devotees of Ujh Peer Baba in Tehsil Billawar in an effort to develop the shrine.
Thousands of devotees of different religions from different parts of Kathua throng the place to seek blessing of Peer Baba.
Manohar Lal Sharma passed instructions especially to the officers of Social Forestry and Forest department to do needful for beautification of surrounding area of the Peer Baba. He also asked PDD and PHE officers to ensure uninterrupted electricity and water supply to the Peer Baba shrine.
Among others, SDM Billawar Jatinder Kumar Singh, district, tehsil and block level officers accompanied the Minister.
