| Rayat Bahra Group holds career counselling seminar | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 16: As part of its 'Social Responsibility programme', Rayat Bahra Group, a leading technical and professional education group, today conducted a ‘Career Counselling Seminar’ at Govt. Higher Secondary School, Rehal.
Nirmal Kumar Choudhary, Principal GHSS, Rehal was the chief guest on the occasion while Dr. Chander Shekhar, Principal Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School presided over the function. Shivani Rana, Senior Counsellor of Rayat Bahra Group, Jammu campus while addressing the students informed about various career opportunities for the youngsters, who are on the threshold of choosing their career in the professional field including BBA, BCA, Nursing, Law, Pharmacy, Hotel Management, Journalism etc.
Speaking on the occasion Dr. Chander Shekhar said that initiative of the Rayat Bahra Group to conduct career counselling seminars in rural and backward areas is a welcome step and would help the students from rural areas to choose their career efficiently. Chief Guest on the occasion, Nirmal Choudhary said that it has been their effort to inculcate a sense of responsibility among the students and they have been imparting moral teaching to students of the school after prayer.
Four meritorious and outstanding students of the School Avneesh Kour, Jyoti Sharma, Priya Devi and Gourav Sharma were presented a momento by RBG. Coordinator Marketing and Admissions, RBG Ajaat Jamwal presented the vote of thanks. Programme was conducted by Dr. BB Raina.
Prominent among those present were committee members of the school including Girdhari lal Gandhi, Bishan Dass, Thoru Ram, Numbardar, Mohan Lal, Sarpanch and Dr. Bawa besides faculty members.
