| Power shut down | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 16: In order to carry out shifting of 33 KV Company Bagh-New Secretariat Line from the premises of Director ISM Jammu, power supply to Bus stand, Mohalla Kaleeth, Ranbir market and adjoining areas fed by 11 KV S-3 feeder shall remain affected on December 18, 2010 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Meanwhile, to carry out preventive maintenance of LILO arrangement of Grid Station, Bari-Brahamna-II, the shut down of Gladni-Bari-Brahamna-II-Samba section of 132 KV D/C Gladni-Hiranagar transmission line is allowed on December 19, 2010 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. During the shut down period, power supply to the areas being fed from Grid Station Bari-Brahamna-II shall remain affected.
Similarly, in order to carry out urgent pending work of raising ground clearance of 11 KV Koulpur and Bandral feeders on NH-1A crossing at Vijaypur, the shut down of 33 KV line to Ramgarh from Receiving Station Vijaypur, 11 KV Koulpur Feeder, 11 KV Bandral Feeder and 11 KV Vijaypur Feeder is allowed on December 19, 2010 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
During the shut down period power supply to Vijaypur Town, Sawankha Morh Channi, Ramgarh, Nanga, Kamore, Koulpur, Bandral, Abtal, Palouta, Garwal, Koso Pakhri and adjoining areas shall remain affected. Shutdown is subject to fair weather condition.
