| Open all gates of Raghunath temple : RMWC | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 17: The Raghunath Mandir Welfare Committee (RMWC) has appealed the concerned authorities to re-open all the gates of the historical Raghunath Temple which were closed after a militant attack few years ago.
In a press conference held here today, chairman of the committee Anil Gupta said “It’s a matter of grave concern that the people of Jammu and all the devotees of Mata Vaishno Devi who face hardships to visit the temple due to the closure of the three other main entrances to the temple.
He added that the opening of the other gates of the Raghunath Temple was a necessity as every citizen of the Jammu city favouring of the opening of all the gates
He also appealed Y V Sharma President CCI to take up the matter with the concerned quarters.
The committee expressed hoped that concerned authorities would look into the matter with open mind and will honour the sentiments of the devotees and get the other doors of Shree Raghnuanth Temple at the earliest.
