| Chib announces upgradation of roads | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, DECEMBER 17: Minister for Medical Education, R. S. Chib today announced upgradation of three roads which included Bana Singh road, Kotli Arjun Singh road and Katyal road on the occasion. He said communication links between different areas are being strengthened to facilitate people and boost the local economy .
H was on visit to various areas of R. S. Pura tehsil today which included Kotli Arjun Singh, Kirpind and Katyal villages and took stock of the pace of progress on various development works under execution in the area.
He said that the Government has taken up a mega programme of development in all the three regions of the state and the implementation of the schemes is apace for providing benefit to the people.
Several deputations of people met the Minister and apprised him about the problems confronting them. The people demanded upgradation and repairs of School building, augmentation of drinking water, adequate power supply, transport facility and other basic amenities.
