Madan inagurates painting Exhibition | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Dec 17: Member Parliament of Jammu-Poonch Constituency Madan Lal Sharma inagurated two days painting exhibition of Children of Various Schools in Kala Kendra today here. The paintings of the young ones are marvellous, their world is full of colours and imagination, said MP while appreciating the paintings displayed in Sansar Chand Baru Gallery of Kala Kendra. While appreciating the efforts of Dainik Jagran he said that the exhibition will help to bring out the hidden talent in School kids. Such efforts are very necessary to boost the morale of Students. The paintings displayed are entreries of Different Schools sent by them in Dainik Jagrans year round talent competitions. They were published in Jagran. Besides students from different Schools, parents, renowned painter former Secy of Academy of Art Culture and Languages Mr Ramesh Mehta, Chairman of Shri Guru Gobind Singh Public Higher Secondary School Prof Harbans Singh and School Administrator Charanjit Kour also graced the occasion. MP, Prof Singh were all praise for Dainik Jagran for highlighting the hidden talent of students. They hoped that Jagran will continue with its unique initiative. Meanwhile the students of different Schools took keen interest in the paintings. Many among them were the competitors who had won the competition. Harpreet a sixth class student was excited. He said in next competition he will try his level best that his painting finds place in the gallery. Earlier Abhimanyu Sharma, Editor Dainik Jagran Jammu Kashmir ,welcomed the chief guest ,Deputy General Manager Mudit Chaturvedi, News Editor Arun Choudhary and members of Jagran Parivar were also present on the occasion.
