| Newly married girl elopes with paramour | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 17: A newly married girl eloped with her paramour from a hotel at Katra last night.
Mala and Sunder Lal of Faridabad, Haryana, who were married on November 18 last, arrived at Katra last evening to seek the blessings of Mata Vaishnodevi.
They checked in a hotel in Katra town. However, when Sunder got up this morning, he found Mala missing along with cash and gold jewellery, police sources said.
He brought the matter to the notice of Katra police station. During preliminary investigation, police came to know that Mala had eloped with her paramour who had also checked in their hotel.
Mala taught in a computer centre where she had developed an affair with a student, the sources added, saying police were searching for them. |
