| J&K Batwal Welfare Association holds meet | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Dec 19: The Jammu and Kashmir Batwal Welfare Association today held a general body meeting at Shahzadpur Kothi.
Association general secretary R.L. Kaith informed the community members that 114th birthday of Sri Guru Gyagi Ji shall be celebrated on February 18, 2011 at Shahzadpur Kothi (falling in Block Marh).
Association finalized the arrangements for the birth commemorative function and constituted an invitation committee with Lt. Col. (Retd.) Manohar Lal, Master Ajaib Singh Motan, Capt. Raj Kumar Kaith, Ex. MLA Sat Pal Lakhotra, Capt. Om Parkash Tugga, Capt. Behari Lal Sandhu, Bimala Motan, Bachno Devi, Dilay Ram Kaith, Gunni Ram Kaith, Capt. Kamal Chand Motan, Mela Ram Tugga, Diwan Chand, Narayan Dass Bassa, Amar Nath, Gasita Ram Lakhotra, Panch Punnu Ram, O.P. Sargotra, Capt. Ram Lal Sargotra and Kamal Singh Kaith.
The invitation committee shall approach both the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and the Deputy Chief Minister Tara Chand and invite them to grace the occasion with their distinguished presence.
