KPC flays JKMF for its unconditional support to KP’s return | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, DEC 19:In what can be seen as differences prevailing in the Kashmiri Pandit migrant community over the return issue, one of the major organisations Kashmiri Pandit Conference has slammed the KP minority Forum for its unconditional support to the return of the community to government. Coming down heavily on Jammu Kashmir Minority Forum (JKMF) for its unconditional support to the return of migrants, Kashmiri Pandit Conference(KPC) today said that the community members would thwart any move that goes against their wishes and aspirations. In a statement issued here Sunday, National President KPC- Kundan Kashmiri said that KP’s would return to valley only after creation of Kashyap Land with free flow of Indian Constitution and do not want to get humiliated again and again. Condemning the statement of President JKMF- P.N. Takoo and other Apex committee members for extending unconditional support to return of KP’s, Kundan said that majority of KP’s have already rejected the Government’s return policy, adding that the actual return of community is possible only on separate piece of Kashyap land in Valley with free flow of India constitution. Commenting about the Confidence building measures of KP’s as demanded by JKMF and other Apex committee members, Kundan questioned, can Government abrogate Article 370, can it restore all the land of KPs snatched under the land to tiller act and 13000 gazetted and non gazetted posts snatched after their forced exodus from Kashmir, can Govt return the hey days of tranquility and brotherhood where KPs used to live in the valley and can Govt empower Kps at all fronts for their honourable life in the valley. He appealed KP community to be united at this crucial juncture and thwart all the anti KP efforts of the Govt and their agencies and agents.
