Stop harassing policy and accept the loopholes or failures : Zulfikar
12/19/2010 11:46:19 PM
EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Dec 19: In the consistent criticism state’s largest opposition party PDP stalwarts have been making to resent government attitude towards certain newspapers, party’s young leader and MLA from Darhal Choudhary Zulfikar Ali has also joined the chorus in deploring the establishment for having selectively targetted the Early Times Newspaper with its controlling measures.
In a statement, the PDP leader said it was quite unfortunate that the advertisement revenue has been stopped for this newspaper for the mere reason that it highlights the things in a bold manner without fear or doing favour to anyone, which is the soul of true journalism. He has asked the government stop such harassing policy and accept the loopholes or failures on any aspect of its functioning in a spirited manner by trying to check them rather than covering them up.
