BB Institute students interacts with Deep Singh

EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU Dec 21: Students of B.B. Institute of Mass Communication and Journalism (BBIMCJ) interacted with Deep Singh, a renowned social activists and chairperson of a Non Government Organization (NGO).
While interacting with the students of BBIMCJ, Deep Singh shared his own experience with them and informed about the basics of journalism. He also informed about the working of his (NGO), that how the NGO is working for the welfare of society.
He also informed the students about the Right to Information (RTI) Act .How the Act is helpful in the profession of journalism. RTI is a well-built medium for the journalists which provide genuine information about the proceedings happening in the region of their interest, it could be of any Government department, Employees of any Department. Interaction was held under the supervision of course coordinator Rajesh Dutta.
