| Law students resent | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Dec 23: Law students have taken strong note of the proceeding initiated against their fellow examinee whose ‘fake case of habitual offender’ made by the JU has brought great resentment among the students.
In a press conference givenm by girls, the students alleged that their colleague was taken defamed deliberately as habitual offender by the senior Scholar of the P.hD who was asked by the student not talk on mobile phone while in the examination centre.
This led to the offending of the examiner who made up a false case against the examinee thus putting up a notice also in the leading newspaper of the state against the student.
Today at least 25-30 students boycott the paper of 5th semester of LLB (5 years) in NSM College, Pata Bohri, Jammu.
The girls who were present in press conference raised the demand to Governor that immediately removal of controller from chair and take criminal action against him under R.PC 499 and punish him according to law.
The other students presented in the press conference were Nadiashafi, Kanika, Sania, Pooja, Komal, Riya, Priya, Neelam.
