| Janvi, Sukhleen excel in badminton | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, December 23: Janvi and Sukhleen Kour excelled winning singles title and women and junior girls’ categories respectively in the ongoing badminton tournament organised by Rural Sports Club at Shiksha Niketan Higher Secondary School, here today.
While Janvi beat Anjali, Sukhleen defeated Manreen in the finals played today.
Meanwhile, in junior boys’ doubles semifinals, Amandeep and Manuj Goel beat Harshdeep Singh and Harkirat while Abhishek and Ashish trounced the pair of Sidharth and Manthan.
This ongoing badminton tournament is dedicated to Christmas and Kissan Diwas falling on December 24 and December 25 respectively
