| Kathua School celebrates Christmas | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KATHUA 25 DEC, The Rainbow Higher Secondary School Kathua celebrated 25th December as Charismas day in an organized function in the premises of the school. To make the programme relevant and graceful the various colourful cultural items presented by the students reflecting the grace of union of nation and the importance of the Charismas day festival in India.
The Director of the School Kapil Sharma expressed his deep concerns over the essence of the Christmas Day and said that it is the country in which all kinds of festivals are celebrated by all the people inspite of being related to any religion like Hindu, Muslim, Christian and etc. He said that it the beauty of the Indian culture to celebrate every religious festivals untidily with great fervor and enthusiasm.
On the occasion the DC Kathua Zahida Khan was the chief guest and appreciated the students to perform the beautiful cultural items and spreading the message of unity among the people of all section of the society. She said that only the institution which can inculate the morale values and right secular democratic virtues in the students for the promotion of brotherhoodness and democratic spirit among the people of the country to make it as live heaven on the earth. In the function the principal of the school Anju Arora along with staff members and students were present.
