Jora inaugurates J&K Food Festival at Dilli- Haat | | | Early Times Report NEWDELHI, DEC 26: Showcasing the ethnic cuisine of all the three regions of J&K. Minister for Tourism and Culture, Nawang Rigzin Jora today inaugurated 15 day food festival at Dilli-Haat, New Delhi.
The festival has been organised by J&K Tourism Development Corporation to attract tourists to the State by showcasing unique food and cultural heritage of the State. Speaking on the occasion, Jora said that J&K continues for the premier tourist destination for all types like leisure, adventure and pilgrim. “Record numbers of over 85 lakh pilgrims have visited Mata Vaishano Devi; besides 4.5 lakh have paid obeisance at Amarnath Ji cave. An additional number of 5 lakh tourists have also visited Kashmir Valley and Ladakh
