| Fog 'delays' departure, arrival of flights, trains | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 26: As fog this morning gripped winter capital of the state, the departure and arrival of trains and flights remained disrupted, official sources here today said.
Official sources said that departure of trains from Jammu Tawi Railway Station was not much affected but they arrived late by one to two hours from their scheduled time.
''Rajdhani express was late by half an hour, whereas, some others arrived late by six to seven hrs,'' official sources told adding that the long route trains were badly affected by the fog.
Meanwhile no flights were cancelled due to haze but two Delhi-bound flights departed few hours late from its scheduled timing.
''The Jet Airways and Spice Jet flights were affected due to the fog otherwise no flight was cancelled or postponed,'' they added.
However, cold wave continued to grip this winter capital with mercury dipping further to 5.8 Degree Celsius.
