| After God, None is so gracious as ‘Guru’ : Rama Bhai | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Dec 26: Shri Rama Bhai disciple of Param Lok Sant Shri Asramji Bapu delivered satsang discourses of Srimad Bhagwad Gita here at Bhagwati Nagar Ashram, Jammu.
Prior to this, he delivered Satsand pravachans at R.S. Pura, Ramgarh and Tapyal on 24th and 25th December where hundreds of devotees availed of the auspicious opportunity at their home town and villages.
Beginning the Satsang with ‘Hari Kirtan’ he threw light on the verses of the Kirtan and brought round the essence and significance of Lord’s name.
The Lord dwells in every creature with the difference that a human being can chant and recite his (Lord’s) name to rid of birth and re-birth of 84 lakhs species whereas species are deprived of the opportunity.
Highlighting the significance of ‘Guru’ he said, “Life is incomplete and purposeless without ‘Guru’ adding had it not been true then why did Lord Rama and Lord Krishna feel the need of Guru Vashisht Jee and Sandipani Jee. Why did Lord Shiva feel it pre-dominant to initiate his spouse Parvati Ji through Guru Vaamdev Jee? So after God there is none so pertinent as ‘Guru’.
