| Fill 5845 advertised posts, HC directs SSRB | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec: 27 :- In a petition filed by J&K Tribal United Forum & ors challenging the advertisement notice issued by Service Selection Board on November 12, 2010 whereby 5845 posts were advertised, Justice Sunil Hali of J&K High Court Jammu Wing has directed J&K Service Selection Recruitment Board that they shall go head with the selection process of the posts advertised by the said Board vide notice No:7/ 2010 dated November 12, 2010 but may not finalize the selection till the next date of hearing.
The court after hearing the parties issued notice to State of J&K through Chief Secretary, Secretary to Govt, Law Dept, Commissioner/ Secretary GAD, Commissioner/ Secretary Social Welfare Dept, Chairman Service Selection Board Jammu through
Advocate General returnable within four weeks. JNF |
