Consider request of 40 ETT Institutions: HC | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Dec: 27 (JNF):- In 40 petitions filed by ETT college of Education seeking directions against the J&K State Board of School Education to accept the Registrations Returns , Admission, Examination Forms and Requisite Fee of the students admitted by them in their respective institutions and grant them temporary affiliation, the petitioners submitted that NOC for running ETT Course for the sessions 2009-2011 were issued to the institutions after May 8, 2010, the last date of admission of students notified by the Board. Justice JP Singh of J&k High Court Jammu Wing after hearing the parties observed that in the circumstances all these petitions are disposed of with a direction to the State Board of School Education to consider the request of the petitioner’s institutes for acceptance of their registrations returns, admission forms and other requisites fee etc exercising its discretion to regularize the late admission of the students taking a pragmatic view on the cause so projected by the petitioner’s institutes individually for passing appropriate orders in this respect within a period of 10 days of the petitioner’s institutions making representations with it. A week’s time is allowed to the petitioner’s institutes to make representations to the BOSE seeking its consideration for regularization of the admission and acceptance of registrations returns, admission, and examination forms other requisites. The acceptance of the registration returns, admission forms and other requisites shall not however entitled the students to take the examination unless they fulfill all the requisites needed under rules.
