| RR constructs drinking water facility, toilets | | | Early Times Report
DODA, Dec 27: As part of civic action programme under Operation Sadhbhavana, Rashtriya Rifles constructed a drinking water facility and toilet at Government Middle School (GMS) Kothi Bala in Doda district whose inauguration and handing over ceremony was held here today.
In a handout issued here today, army has claimed that Government Middle School (GMS) Kothi Bala till now did not have any drinking water facility and the toilets for students. On the request of people of village Kothi Bala, it was decided by the Army to construct a drinking water facility and toilets in the School under the Operation Sadhbhavna.
Speaking on the occasion, Commanding Officer was of the sanguine opinion that such projects and efforts will further assist in weaning away local populace from the impact of terrorism and will also further bring normalcy in the region.
