| JKMF demands transport service from Laxmipuram to KC crossing | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 27: JAMMU, Dec 27: Jammu and Kashmir Milchar front (JKMF) held a public meeting at Laxmipuram, Chinore to urge the transport Minister to restore the transport service from Laxmipuram to KC Crossing.
Addressing the pres conference, President J&K Milchar Front S.N Saproo said that transport Minister, RTO Jammu and Chairman Minibus transport Jammu should immediately renovate the transport service from Laxmipuram to K.C. crossing which was inaugurated on March 2006.
He said while inaugurating the service 4 minibuses were sanctioned but since Oct 2007 the matadors were being changed and now the minibuses are not plying at all due to which the public is suffering a lot.
He also requested the transport minister to consider the matter sympathetically and order for 4 permanent mini buses / RTC buses for their area so that public can find a helping hand.
