Whereas many applicants are against this decision of the bank as most of SC, ST, EXS and minority candidates are residing in the Jammu city.

Candidates also said that in this bitter cold they are enable to attend the training session as they have to visit there much before the time.
The candidates added that no TA\DA, accommodation and other facilities are being provided to the aspirants which make it difficult for the female candidates to attend the pre-examination training in Srinagar.
They also demanded that the pre- examination training of the Jammu candidates should take place in the city whereas the Kashmir candidates can have their training session in Srinagar.
Sources disclosed that the EDB is well known about the fact that the Jammuites will find it hard to attend the training and hence the posts will be filled by the Srinagar candidates alone whereas all the government offices including the Secretariat is shifted in the winter capital.
