| Court frames charges in Narwal Mandi double murder | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 28: Third additional sessions judge, Jammu, Pawan Dev Kotwal today framed murder, conspiracy and other charges against the accused in the Narwal Mandi double murder case.
While charges were framed against the accused Ajit Singh alias Kaka, Paramjeet Singh alias Pummy and Jatinder Singh under sections 302, 148, 149 and 120-B read with section 201 of RPC and 4/25 of Arms Act, against Milkha Singh and Ajit Kumar, the court framed charges under sections 302, 120-B and 148/149 of RPC.
Charges were prima-facie framed against Ranjodh Singh alias Nalwa, Narinder Singh and Ajmer Singh alias Vicky for commission of offences under sections 302 and 120-B of RPC.Against Jeet Singh, proceedings were initiated under section 512 of
CrPC. The accused were arrested in the murder of Gurnam Singh and his maternal uncle Rajinder Singh at Narwal Mandi pn February 5 this year.
