| Govt to grant fertilizer licenses at village level | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 28:State government has announced to issue fertilizer licenses at village level in an attempt to provide jobs to the unemployed youth.
"We have decided to grant fertilizer licenses at village level in the state which will strengthen distribution system and provide jobs to unemployed youth", Minister for Agriculture Ghulam Hassan Mir said.
He said licenses would be issued by Chief Agriculture Officer (CAO) at district level and any educated unemployed candidate will be eligible for securing license.
